The BRUN Board holds virtual monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. These meetings are open to all.
Each meeting includes time allocated for public comment and general neighborhood concerns. If you would like to be added to the agenda of the board or a committee, please send an email to the board.
On occasion, a meeting may be canceled due to holidays or special events. Please check the BRUN Calendar to verify time and location or send an email to the board to confirm.

January 2026 – (Passcode: 7?TIGK5.) – The board heard a presentation from Melissa Horn, aide to Council President Sandoval, related to the Unlocking Housing Choices effort. The board heard a presentation from Gardens Dispensary asking BRUN to support amending their original Good Neighbor Agreement (GNA) to extend closing hours.
November 2025 – (Passcode: 4cYub#5*) – The board heard a presentation from Kate Mason, BRUN community member, who is working to secure a grant to install a mural on the I-70 underpass columns.
October 2025 – On October 28, the board sent a letter to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to advocate reducing the speed limit on Lowell Blvd to 25 mph. These concerns were shared by Historic Berkeley-Regis who earlier wrote a letter to the BRUN Board. On October 13, the board voted via email to send a letter to Otten Johnson on the Regis Village Rezoning.
September 2025 – (Passcode: w??y!9FM) – The board heard a presentation from Evan Dreyer, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor on leave, about the Vibrant Denver Bond Measures (2A-2E) that will be on the November ballot (presentation here). We discussed an email we received from a member of the Centennial Elementary community about partnering more closely to do outreach.
August 2025 – (Passcode: d7SW=@y2) – The board discussed and approved sending a letter to Regis University with questions about the Regis Village rezoning application, supported a BRUN ZAP report about the Sheridan Corridor Safety Study.
July 2025 – (Passcode: 1#2+w@5o) – The board voted 5-2 to send a letter to Council President Amanda Sandoval, urging her to support the Modernizing Parking Requirements project.
June 2025 – In lieu of its June board meeting, BRUN held its annual membership meeting at Regis University’s Walker’s Pub. Check out our Facebook post and read our July newsletter to learn more.
May 2025 – (Passcode: M^8nX.DS) – The board voted to send a Safe Routes to School letter to the Director of the Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) after at least three incidents in which students were injured while biking in our community.

March 2025 – The board voted (with one member opposing) to send a letter to Regis University on their Planned Unit Development (PUD) application.
